How You Can Help

How You Can Help

There are so many ways that you can help support our mission to nurture strong minds, healthy bodies, and community spirit through youth-driven, high-impact programming in safe and fun environments. Help us create pathways to great futures!

Support Our Great Futures Annual Campaign

Each year more than 2,500 youth come through the doors of our Clubs – learning new skills, finding hope and caring mentors,

and safe places where they can grow and develop into our leaders of tomorrow.

Our Great Futures Annual Campaign is the foundation of all of our giving. The success of this campaign is driven by the generosity of our “friends and family” – the supporters who contribute to the success of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South year after year, and who are truly the backbone of the organization. The Great Futures Annual Campaign helps to determine the extent to which we can live out our mission, and contributes to the quality and consistency of Club programs and operations.

Gifts to our Great Futures Annual Campaign ensure that the children who attend our Clubs each day will enjoy opportunities to learn, play, and form friendships in supportive and nurturing environments.

Volunteer Your Time & Talents

If you are passionate about education, sports, cooking, dancing, singing, arts, crafts, computers, or have any expertise or talents you would like to share with kids then we can use your help! We are always looking for enthusiastic, caring adults to volunteer their time at our Clubs. Please note a background check is required for all volunteers.

Contribute In-Kind Goods or Services

Carpenters, painters, plumbers, locksmiths, auto mechanics, computer technicians, accountants, and many other people have skills we need on a regular basis. Likewise, our staff is always in need of supplies and equipment to help keep the costs of operating our programs to a minimum. Check out our In-Kind Wish List to see examples of the items our members and program staff would greatly appreciate.

Donations of in-kind goods or services are tax deductible!
